Position: Landscaping Team Lead/Operator Role
Step up as the Landscaping Construction Team Lead/Operator at CILTD, where your leadership will drive project efficiency and safety. This full-time role demands close support for the crew and rigorous project management.

As a key team member, you will oversee and delegate the daily operations of Landscape Construction projects, ensuring delivery within deadlines and preserving high standards. Your experience in loading equipment and managing job sites will help maintain order and compliance with safety policies. You will also carry out grading tasks and work effectively with heavy machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the execution of Landscape Construction work

• Manage quality and safety protocols on-site

• Assign and assist tasks for the crew

• Operate heavy equipment and perform grading

• Enforce cleanliness and organizational standards

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school or GED

• Relevant experience in Landscape Construction of three years

• Proven supervisory experience of three years

• Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License required

• Proficient in blueprint interpretation
