We are searching for experienced operators to manage dozers, mini excavators, and other heavy machinery. This role involves tasks such as grading, trenching, and site preparation, collaborating closely with supervisors and ground crews. You will play a critical role in meeting project timelines and maintaining quality standards throughout the workload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate dozers and mini excavators for various activities

• Maintain grade and slope during excavation and grading

• Construct and repair haul roads and access sites

• Follow survey markings and project drawings accurately

• Participate in safety meetings and assessments

Requirements:

• Experience with heavy equipment in construction or reclamation

• Strong skills in excavation and grading techniques

• Valid driver's license and CSA-approved safety footwear

• Ground Disturbance certification is preferred

• Ability to work in varied weather conditions
