General Foreman at Thompson Construction

The General Foreman will primarily focus on the Kearl project, directing large-scale overburden operations, mine progression, and civil construction activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to Foremen and field crews

• Organize daily site activities and resources

• Monitor equipment utilization and project progress

• Communicate daily tasks and priorities to crews

• Promote a safe and respectful work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in heavy civil earthworks or mining

• Experience with large-scale operations and equipment

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence

• CSTS/OSSA, BSO, or CSO certification

• Strong communication and leadership skills
