OCL Group Inc. is seeking experienced Civil Superintendents for projects within the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo. With a minimum of 8 years of experience in civil earthworks, candidates will be responsible for site management, crew coordination, and compliance with safety regulations. Your expertise in excavation, grading, and drainage will be crucial in delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee safety, quality, and environmental management plans

• Schedule and coordinate daily activities with crews and subcontractors

• Provide internal and external reporting on site progress

• Manage project scope estimates and material logistics

• Participate in safety toolbox meetings for site workers

Requirements:

• 8+ years of superintendent experience in civil construction

• Tickets: GD2, H2S Alive, LSE, First Aid, WHMIS, CSTS

• Proficient in Bluebeam, Google Suite, and MS Office

• Strong leadership and client interaction skills

• Must legally work in Canada
