Be a key player at Tridon Communications as a Service Administrator in Fort McMurray, AB.

This role offers a unique opportunity during a 1-year maternity leave coverage focused on customer care and operational support.

You will be essential in maintaining customer relations and supporting various departments for optimal service efficiency. With at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, you will utilize your communication skills to solve customer queries while coordinating effectively with internal teams. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Net Suite is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers at the service counter with inquiries

• Schedule and coordinate customer service requests

• Collaborate with departments to improve operational efficiency

• Complete monthly reconciliations of service order data

• Resolve customer complaints effectively and timely

Requirements:

• 2+ years of administrative and customer service experience

• Business Administration diploma or equivalent

• Current Class 5 Driver License with a clean record

• Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
