Keyano Theatre is looking for a Patron Services Team Lead to oversee essential operations on campus. As a pivotal part of Front of House, you'll manage volunteers, handle ticket sales, and ensure a welcoming environment for patrons. Your leadership will contribute significantly to delivering exceptional customer service and memorable experiences during events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sell and manage box office ticket transactions
• Supervise and train volunteers for various roles
• Ensure cleanliness and safety throughout patron areas
• Oversee bar service and inventory management
• Provide excellent customer service to patrons
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service and team supervision
• Ability to work on-site in Fort Mc Murray
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
