As a Service Advisor, you are the first point of contact for our service customers. You will schedule service work, explain recommended and required services, and ensure clear communication between customers and Service Technicians. • Greet customers and respond to service inquiries
• Schedule service appointments efficiently
• Explain service recommendations, timelines, and costs clearly
