We are seeking an Automotive Service Appointment Coordinator Team Lead to manage appointment schedules effectively while leading a dedicated customer service team. Your primary goal is to deliver outstanding service, ensuring that customers receive timely follow-ups and accountability across all transactions. Your contributions will be crucial in supporting the overall efficiency of the service department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and confirm customer appointments promptly

• Follow up with customers post-service within 48 hours

• Reconvene daily cash outs and maintain accuracy

• Assess and order inventory supplies regularly

• Take part in recruitment and performance reviews

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a customer service role

• Full Class 5 (non-GDL) license is mandatory

• Familiarity with automotive servicing is a plus

• Proficient in Excel and communication tools

• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
