In this full-time role, you will utilize your customer service experience to assist clients and manage their rental inquiries, ensuring a smooth process from check-in to return. Key responsibilities include handling reservations, providing rental information, and managing customer interactions with professionalism and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take incoming calls for reservations and inquiries
• Greet customers warmly and assist in-person
• Assess rental needs and conditions during returns
• Process check-ins and exit kiosk transactions
• Perform administrative tasks, including research and billing support
Requirements:
• High school diploma; some college preferred
• Minimum 1 year customer service or sales experience
• Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license required
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on record
• Comfortable driving cargo vans and box trucks
