Part-Time Customer Service Agent Jazz

Exciting role as a part-time Customer Service Agent with Jazz at Air Canada Express in Fort McMurray. You'll assist passengers, handle check-ins, and ensure smooth boarding experiences.  

As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in representing Air Canada Express. Your responsibilities will include managing passenger check-ins, making reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll also assist with baggage handling and ensure safety while supporting passengers during their travel journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage passenger check-in using airline systems  

• Facilitate boarding processes and assist passengers  

• Handle baggage claims and excess charges  

• Provide outstanding service and resolve complaints  

• Make general announcements as needed  

Requirements:  

• High school diploma or equivalent  

• One year of customer service experience  

• Strong communication skills in English  

• Ability to navigate airline systems  

• Bilingualism preferred for some stations
