The Fort McMurray Roman Catholic Separate School Division is seeking a temporary 0.5 FTE Early Entry Program (EEP) Classroom Instructor starting August 24 2026 through June 2027 at St. Anne Catholic School
.
- identify students’ individual and collective learning needs
- plan and deliver instruction based on student learning needs and special needs
- provide a stimulating learning environment in which each student can experience growth and develop to his or her potential
- help students learn appropriate knowledge, skills and attitudes
- Meet and report to parents
- evaluate and communicate student progress
- prepare and implement remedial programs for students requiring extra help
- meet with other professionals to discuss individual student needs and progress
- volunteer to supervise extracurricular and after-school activities
- attend meetings, seminars, and in-service training sessions

- Must have a minimum High School Diploma/GED and an Alberta Level 2 Early Childhood Educator Certification
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working as an Early Childhood Educator in a licensed Childcare facility, Day home, Out of School Care program, day care, Montessori school or equivalent is required.

- Well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Flexible and adaptable

- Organized and able to meet deadlines in accordance with the school schedule
- Commitment to education and excited to work with students each day
The successful candidate will be required to provide a Criminal Reference Check and a Vulnerable Sector Check. FMCSD will contact past and present employers for references. All FMCSD employees are expected to be computer literate; this includes fluency with e‑mail, Internet and MS Office.
