In this role, you will oversee the implementation of various programs while nurturing relationships with participating youth. You will also be responsible for evaluating these initiatives to ensure they meet community needs, fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere. Effective conflict resolution and communication skills are crucial in this collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a diverse range of youth-focused programs
• Mentor participants and oversee their engagement
• Continuously evaluate programs for community relevance
• Act as a liaison between youth and community members
• Ensuring availability and maintenance of facility services
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Six months of related work experience required
• Diploma in Recreation is beneficial
• Valid First Aid Certification required
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check needed
