Position: Social Work Diploma Instructor Needed
Keyano College invites applications for a Contract Instructor for the Social Work Diploma program for Fall 2026. This on-campus role requires teaching, mentorship, and community engagement in Fort McMurray, Alberta.
We seek candidates with a Master’s degree in Social Work and registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers. Your responsibilities will include developing and delivering course content, hosting office hours, and supporting students in practical placements. Commitment to fostering an equitable and inclusive environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate courses in the Social Work Diploma curriculum

• Conduct office hours for student academic support

• Supervise field placements and internships

• Collaborate with community stakeholders for student success

• Keep current with developments in social work education
Requirements:

• Master in Social Work (MSW) is mandatory

• Active member with ACSW and RSW in Alberta

• At least five years as a registered social worker

• Minimum two years of post-MS experience

• Strong teaching and classroom management skills
