Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and assess equipment training for municipal staff

• Develop and implement safe work procedures and practices

• Monitor and enhance training program content and delivery

• Prepare detailed training records and documentation

• Mentor staff through training and competencies assessments

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Adult Education, Business, or related field

• Five years of relevant training and operational experience

• Leadership or formal training experience is ideal

• Knowledge of safety protocols in municipal operations

• Must possess a valid Alberta Class One Operator’s License
