You will work closely with educators to support students with exceptionalities, implementing behavior management techniques and educational programs. Holding an Educational Assistant Certificate or Diploma is preferred, and candidates must be prepared for potential NVCI Level A & B training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with teachers and support teams

• Implement specialized strategies for student skill development

• Provide structured support to facilitate learning outcomes

• Communicate effectively with students using positive techniques

• Offer supervision during indoor and outdoor activities

Requirements:

• Educational Assistant Certificate or Diploma preferred

• Experience with children with special needs required

• Capability to manage behavioral strategies

• Physical strength to assist and transfer students

• Willingness to perform certain medical procedures
