seeking an experienced Water Systems Operations Advisor to join our Utilities team at Base Plant. You’ll provide expert guidance and technical leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and optimized operations across our production units and drive performance, reliability, and
continuous improvement in all facets of our operations.

10 years of experience in boiler feedwater treatment, wastewater treatment, potable water, or water distributionWater treatment certification (preferably level II)Strong understanding of process operations, optimization, and safety systemsProven ability to troubleshoot, lead cross‑functional initiatives, and communicate effectivelyExperience with process safety and risk management toolsWe acknowledge the value of transferrable skills and may consider equivalent combinations of experience and education should you not meet a specific qualification.
Responsibilities:
Support daily conduct of safe operations, optimize production performance and provide expert operational guidance to meet targetsPartner with the area manager to communicate and execute daily operating priorities with shift teamsSupport and sustain Operational Excellence Management System processes by creating, reviewing, and improving operating procedures and documents to promote safety, compliance, and consistencyOversee commissioning and start‑up activities, ensuring safe execution and completion of Pre‑Startup Reviews (PSR)Act as the point of contact between operations and technical teams by troubleshooting process issues, providing subject matter expertise during non‑routine events, and help drive reliable, efficient plant performanceRepresent Operations in Process Hazard Assessments (PHA), Haz Ops, and Technical Operating Envelope (TOE) reviewsPromote efficiency and reliability initiatives, integrate lessons learned, and support operational readiness for both short‑term and long‑range production goals Contribute to long‑range production planning and support strategic coordination for turnarounds, outages, and key production milestones
