Upstream Chemicals Excellence Manager

Position: Baker Hughes Upstream Chemicals Excellence Manager
Drive operational excellence in upstream chemicals as a manager at Baker Hughes, a global leader in energy technology. Focus on data-driven improvements and key performance indicators to elevate energy operations.

You will be responsible for optimizing shop performance through a structured analysis and strategic planning process. A Master's degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in Operational Excellence are required to lead initiatives that enhance operational productivity and align with long-term business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze common patterns in shop performance

• Develop processes that support Repair Strategy objectives

• Facilitate communication and best practices across teams

• Assist with troubleshooting and plant trials

• Lead the use of TBAM for standardized operations

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Engineering or related area

• 5 years' experience in Operational Excellence

• Technical background in SAGD / Thermal operations

• Proven ability to troubleshoot facility issues

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
