Industrial Maintenance Planner

Overview

Lead planning initiatives at FLINT, a top service provider in Canada’s energy sector. This role focuses on schedule development for maintenance and construction projects to ensure timely execution.

As an Industrial Maintenance Planner, you will optimize production plans for fabrication and installation while collaborating with Site Managers and project teams. Your critical role involves monitoring schedules, managing outside services, and mentoring junior planners. You will also propose process improvements to uphold safety standards and enhance productivity.

• Collaborate with teams to develop and analyze project schedules
• Manage project budgets and administrative tasks effectively
• Mentor junior schedulers and deliver project reports
• Recommend improvements and adhere to safety standards
• Oversee project initiation and contractor schedule reviews

• 5+ years of industrial scheduling experience
• Proficiency in SAP and Prometheus
• Solid communication and organization skills
• Post-secondary degree or relevant training
• Ability to read technical drawings
