You will also propose process improvements to uphold safety standards and enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with teams to develop and analyze project schedules
- Manage project budgets and administrative tasks effectively
- Mentor junior schedulers and deliver project reports
- Recommend improvements and adhere to safety standards
- Oversee project initiation and contractor schedule reviews
- 5+ years of industrial scheduling experience
- Proficiency in SAP and Prometheus
- Solid communication and organization skills
- Post-secondary degree or relevant training
- Ability to read technical drawings
Excel in project planning, safety compliance, and mentoring at FLINT as an integral part of the team.
