Urban Planner

• Review and approve development permits per Land Use Bylaw
• Analyze applications for subdivisions and prepare reports
• Conduct research on factors affecting regional development
• Assist in creating statutory plans aligned with municipal needs
• Provide technical guidance to stakeholders and the public

• Degree in Urban or Regional Planning or related field
• Excellent detail orientation and task management skills
• Solid communication skills for report writing
• Familiarity with planning software like ArcGIS or AutoCAD
• Previous planning experience preferred
