Hatfield is looking for a dedicated Intermediate Water Resources Technician to provide technical support for water resource management projects. This permanent, full-time role requires effective communication skills and a background in hydrogeology or hydrology. You will liaise with teams to address environmental impacts, ensuring projects comply with health and safety standards while fostering sustainable practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct water resource monitoring and impact assessments
• Participate in field investigations and project support
• Install and maintain hydrometric and environmental monitoring stations
• Calibration and maintenance of monitoring equipment
• Compile and report on environmental data
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant field
• Experience in environmental monitoring programs
• Familiarity with data logging technologies
• Valid Canadian driver's license and driving experience
• Interest in extensive fieldwork in diverse conditions
Contribute to meaningful projects that protect our natural water resources at Hatfield.
