Position: Intermediate Water Resources Specialist Role
Hatfield is seeking an Intermediate Water Resources Specialist to enhance its Water Resources Group in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Engage in hydrology and climate work vital to our environmental projects.
In this position, you will be involved in designing and executing hydrogeology programs while working on multidisciplinary teams to evaluate environmental impacts. This non fly-in, full-time role requires a commitment to fieldwork and strong technical communication skills to drive project success in a diverse work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead field groundwater and climate monitoring programs

• Collect and analyze environmental impact data

• Prepare detailed technical reports for stakeholders

• Offer technical advice for environmental compliance

• Manage and report on data functions effectively
Requirements:

• Degree in environmental or earth sciences

• Minimum of 2 years of related field experience

• Familiarity with monitoring systems and data logging

• Skills in project management and mentorship

• Valid Canadian driver's license and fieldwork experience
