Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer technical support for Caterpillar® software and hardware

• Track and report on product failures and serviceability

• Support projects aimed at continuous improvement

• Create and manage technical documentation

• Oversee Caterpillar® inventory and tool management
Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Skilled in Excel, Word, and Power Point

• Educational background in Mining or Mechanical Engineering

• Experience in Mining Operations or Heavy Civil Construction

• Knowledge in computer networking and database management
