WSP is looking for an energetic Intermediate Geotechnical Technician with three years of relevant experience. You will specialize in field investigations and construction monitoring, ensuring safety standards and effective project documentation throughout the Oil Sands region. This position supports your growth and technical skill enhancement in geotechnical services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce compliance with HSE protocols

• Supervise drilling and instrumentation activities

• Conduct field testing of soils and groundwater

• Install geotechnical instrumentation for investigations

• Compile comprehensive documentation of projects

Requirements:

• Diploma in Geological, Construction, or Civil Engineering Technology

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in geotechnics

• Proficient in drilling operations

• Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's licence

• Strong communication and safety-oriented mindset
