• Direct the daily operations of Mechanical Inspectors

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of team leadership experience

• Journeyman Red Seal certification or relevant engineering

• 5+ years working with Caterpillar heavy machinery

• Strong capabilities in diagnostics and troubleshooting

• Proficiency in Microsoft and digital reporting tools
