Position: HSE Lead for Industrial Projects
Elevate safety standards at Ledcor as an HSE Lead based in Fort McMurray. Oversee safety programs during major turnaround projects and ensure compliance across all operations.
In this critical role, you will utilize your extensive HSE experience within oil and gas or heavy construction environments, providing leadership and mentorship to field teams. Your responsibilities will include conducting hazard assessments, leading incident investigations, and supporting a proactive safety culture throughout our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HSE program implementation during turnarounds

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies

• Conduct audits and safety inspections to identify risks

• Promote safety culture with toolbox talks and training

• Collaborate with teams for safety integration
Requirements:

• Extensive experience in HSE roles within oil & gas or industrial

• Proven leadership in shutdown or turnaround projects

• Strong understanding of safety legislation

• Effective communication and relationship-building skills

• Professional safety designation as an asset
