Reliability Engineer

Position: Reliability Engineer at Suncor

This Reliability Engineer role requires ten or more years of engineering experience, focusing on Oil and Gas facilities. You will collaborate with teams to implement reliability engineering best practices, identify performance improvements, and lead investigation efforts for incidents. Your expertise will also guide asset management strategies, ensuring optimum maintenance cost and production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and sustain asset strategies for reliability

• Establish condition monitoring plans for equipment

• Evaluate inspection findings and drive improvements

• Lead structured problem-solving for risk management

• Oversee the Production Unit bad actor program

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and APEGA registration

• Minimum of ten years of Oil and Gas engineering experience

• Expertise in Reliability Centered Maintenance methodologies

• Proficiency in SAP for maintenance data

• Strong leadership skills and problem-solving abilities
