This role requires expertise in reliability engineering practices, including Process Safety Management and asset management principles. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement performance improvement plans while driving continuous improvements in reliability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize asset strategies to improve reliability

• Ensure condition monitoring plans align with equipment strategies

• Evaluate equipment strategies and incident learnings for improvements

• Identify risks to asset availability and lead problem-solving efforts

• Manage the bad actor program for production units
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; registered with APEGA

• Over ten years in oil and gas engineering roles

• Experience in Reliability Centered Maintenance techniques

• Strong background in data analytics and troubleshooting

• Valid class 5 driver’s license and clean record
