Airswift is seeking a detail-oriented Reliability Engineer for a 1-year contract in Fort McMurray, Alberta. This role emphasizes conducting Reliability-Centered Maintenance and Risk-Based Inspection assessments, analyzing performance data, and developing reliability strategies for Syncrude assets. Your collaborative efforts will help optimize operations in heavy industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain equipment reliability strategies
• Facilitate RCM and RBI assessments thoroughly
• Analyze failure data to identify degradation trends
• Work with multidisciplinary technical teams for best results
• Implement inspection strategies to mitigate risks
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in heavy industry
• Hands-on experience with RCM and RBI
• Strong stakeholder management abilities
• Readiness to relocate to Fort Mc Murray
