We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. This position involves working with clients across all age groups in both individual and group therapy settings. You will provide psychosocial interventions and crisis management while benefiting from an independent and team-oriented approach to mental health care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions

• Perform assessments and develop treatment plans

• Provide crisis interventions and case management

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members

• Engage with rural communities for outreach services

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Social Work

• Registration with Alberta regulatory college

• Valid Class V driver’s license

• Willingness to travel to rural locations

• Available to work evenings as required
