Temporary Cycle Recruiter

Position: Temporary Full Cycle Recruiter
Drive full cycle recruitment at Suncor as a temporary Recruiter in Fort McMurray, using talent assessment and Applicant Tracking Systems.
This six-month, office-based Recruiter role supports hiring leaders and human resources peers. You will guide end-to-end recruitment, craft job ads, assess candidates, and conduct behavioral-based interviews. The position follows a regular 40-hour Monday-to-Friday work week from the Stoney Creek office.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide hiring leaders through the end-to-end recruitment process
Craft engaging job advertisements for vacant roles
Evaluate qualifications against position requirements
Conduct behavioral-based candidate interviews
Prepare accurate offer letters and manage requisition activity
Requirements:
Three years of in-house, full cycle recruitment experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline
Strong computer skills and Applicant Tracking Systems proficiency
Ability to assess talent and coach hiring leaders
Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
Use recruitment expertise, talent assessment, and stakeholder guidance to support Suncor hiring goals from Fort McMurray’s Stoney Creek office.
