Position: Student Assistant for Endpoint Support

This part-time student position in the Information Technology Services department assists with essential tasks aligned with the cleanup of Intune and Endpoint management. Candidates should have a background in information technology or related fields. Collaborate with experienced team members and ensure an efficient, user-friendly service delivery by following documented procedures and maintaining a focus on detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Intune cleanup tasks under supervision

• Review and organize Intune groups and device assignments

• Document findings related to endpoint management settings

• Validate testing of Windows 11 and software deployment

• Update project trackers and documentation accurately

Requirements:

• Current Keyano College student

• Enrollment in IT or related program preferred

• Basic computer troubleshooting skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Good written communication abilities
