The Digital Access & Support Specialist role is a key position within the Academic Experience Division. You will provide crucial support to students, facilitating access to adaptive technology and guiding them in digital literacy. This hands-on work requires strong communication and technical skills to empower diverse learners through effective training and technology troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training on assistive technology and software

• Assess computer literacy and adaptive technology needs

• Troubleshoot technical issues in adaptive devices

• Manage adaptive technology resources for the Library

• Provide digital support at the Library's Digital Support Desk

Requirements:

• Library Technician diploma or two-year relevant diploma

• At least 6 months related experience needed

• Proficient in digital literacy and technology

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in academic or accessibility settings is a plus
