Position: IT Technician for On-Demand Support
Provide essential IT support for hardware and network issues as an IT Technician. This contract role involves troubleshooting and desk-side assistance with flexible scheduling.

We are looking for an IT Technician to address various on-demand service requests through a 12-month contract. Responsibilities include hardware swaps, network troubleshooting, and relocating access points. You will also handle printer issues and provide general desk-side support, key to ensuring smooth operations at our site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Swap hardware including monitors, laptops, and cell phones

• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues promptly

• Move and relocate access points as needed

• Resolve printer problems effectively

• Provide desk-side support and investigate issues

Requirements:

• Experience in IT support or related field

• Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting

• Ability to manage on-demand requests

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Commitment to a 12-month contract
