Your work will involve hands-on technical troubleshooting, managing service requests, and collaborating with various departments. You will also engage in preventative maintenance to ensure seamless technology use in the College environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair technical issues with computers and network systems

• Provide triage for service requests and updates throughout resolution

• Plan and maintain technology setups for College events

• Train users in effective technology usage

• Ensure confidentiality and security of information

Requirements:

• Computer Information Systems Certificate or equivalent

• Two years of relevant technical experience

• Excellent interpersonal skills for diverse interactions

• Ability to work well independently and in teams

• Understanding of specific College systems is an added benefit
