Become an essential part of Pat's Driveline as a Parts Advisor in Fort McMurray, Alberta.

Your role will focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and managing parts inventory.

This full-time position requires expertise in parts operations and customer service. You'll be responsible for processing orders, maintaining stock levels, and assisting both customers and staff in identifying parts. This position blends office responsibilities with hands-on warehouse tasks to support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service at the parts counter

• Process and manage parts orders accurately

• Input inventory changes into the ERP system

• Sourcing parts from various suppliers and inventories

• Keep inventory organized and accessible

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in parts operations

• Must possess a Supply Chain diploma

• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Infor

• Strong customer service and organizational skills

• Valid Class 5 driver's license required
