Suncor is looking for an experienced Turnaround Coordinator to contribute to plant turnarounds from its Base Plant in Fort McMurray. With a commitment to safety and strong project execution, you will collaborate with various teams to develop and optimize schedules while managing resources effectively.

Your role will enhance operations through strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional turnaround team members

• Manage turnaround scope, schedules, and operations team structure

• Plan and execute plant shutdowns and startups

• Oversee lockout plans and contractor support activities

• Capture lessons learned for future project improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum seven years of SAGD facility operating experience

• Maintenance experience in the oil and gas industry preferred

• Experience as a turnaround coordinator highly desired

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 3rd Class Power Engineering or Mechanical Trade Certification preferred
