CNRL Horizon Materials Coordinator Position

The Materials Coordinator will oversee the coordination of shipments and manage on-site materials effectively. You will act as the main point of contact for materials inquiries and ensure compliance with quality standards. This position emphasizes accurate documentation and proactive problem-solving to maintain workflow on mid to large scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor budget development and progress measurement

• Supervise the unloading and inspection of incoming materials

• Report and document inspections as per QA Systems

• Ensure all receiving documentation is filed accurately

• Perform regular checks on material condition and inventory

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in materials handling or shipping

• 8 years in industrial manufacturing or the petro-chemical field

• Superior knowledge of valves, fittings, and pipes

• Familiarity with “Kitting” and “Bagging & Tagging” processes

• Strong knowledge of formal QA programs
