This will be a 7 on / off shift, but for the first few months, it will be Monday-Friday due to trianing requriemets

    • What You’ll Do

    As a Yard Associate
    , you’ll help keep our branch running smoothly by:

  • Organizing, staging, and retrieving rental equipment
  • Inspecting equipment before and after rental
  • Completing basic maintenance tasks
  • Maintaining a written maintenance and inspection schedule

    • What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Class 5 Driver License with clean abstract
  • Experience with construction or industrial tools (preferred)
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and/or mechanical repair experience

    • Skills That Help You Succeed

  • Clear communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong attention to safety
  • Bilingual (Spanish or other), depending on location

    • Physical Requirements

    This role involves:

  • Bending, squatting, crouching, and reaching
  • Lifting 50+ lbs
  • Working indoors and outdoors as needed

    Base Pay Range

    24.41 - 33.56
