Position: Finning Maintenance Planner for Mining Operations
Contribute to operational excellence as a Maintenance Planner for mining at Finning in Fort McMurray, AB. This permanent, full-time position focuses on devising effective maintenance strategies and ensuring compliance.

As a pivotal member of the maintenance team, you'll develop and execute tactical maintenance plans for application equipment, coordinating efforts between production and maintenance teams. You'll focus on strategy, compliance, and continuous improvement, while also training staff to enhance their skills and ensure maintenance effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed maintenance plans and timelines

• Plan and prepare work orders, ensuring accuracy

• Operate CMMS for maintenance documentation and tracking

• Facilitate inspections and oversee maintenance execution

• Engage with stakeholders to resolve identified issues

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant maintenance planning experience

• Strong knowledge of maintenance legislation and processes

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient with CMMS and Microsoft Office

• Capacity to adapt to changing maintenance priorities
