As an Industrial Labourer / Filter Service Technician
, you’ll help our customers maintain clean indoor air by replacing HVAC air filters, performing basic maintenance and housekeeping tasks, and working safely at industrial customer sites throughout the Fort McMurray area. Your work helps protect critical operations and keeps businesses running smoothly every day.

This is a full‑time, year‑round position with a regular schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (50 hours per week), with overtime paid after 40 hours

• Replace HVAC air filters at customer sites
• Perform basic maintenance and housekeeping tasks
• Follow safety procedures and complete required documentation
• Report hazards, incidents, and near misses
• Work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service

• 1+ years of related experience or skills
• Mechanical knowledge and skills in previous roles.
• Experience at industrial site is an asset.
• The following certifications are an asset: CSO or BSO, H2S Awareness, Silica Awareness, OHS Alberta Legislation Awareness, Wood Buffalo Wildlife Awareness, etc.

A successful candidate must be able to pass pre‑access drug and alcohol tests and maintain a non‑GDL Class 5 driver’s license with a clean 3‑year Driver’s Abstract and three years of insured driving history.

• A competitive starting wage of $28.00 per hour with first year pay between $80,000 to $90,000 in addition to RSP matching, Benefits, and Health Spending Account.
• All required PPE provided including annual safety boot reimbursement of up to $150.00.
