This site-based role requires an experienced Equipment Superintendent with at least 2 years of fleet maintenance history. Responsibilities include optimizing the utilization of vehicles and equipment, managing third-party rentals, and overseeing maintenance technicians. Collaborate with local suppliers and ensure proper documentation processes for maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure neat and timely equipment maintenance documentation

• Manage the mobilization and demobilization of fleet

• Oversee maintenance technicians for equipment servicing

• Analyze equipment performance trends proactively

• Identify project scopes and equipment needs accurately

Requirements:

• 2+ years of fleet maintenance experience

• Proficient in MS Office and learning new systems

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

• Capability to follow written procedures

• Familiarity with JD Edwards is an asset
