Maintenance Planner at North American Construction

Join North American Construction Group as a Maintenance Planner in Kearl, working a 14 days on and 14 days off shift. You'll develop maintenance schedules, manage work orders, and track equipment performance efficiently.

This role requires a proactive maintenance planner committed to ensuring safety and compliance in all operations. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate equipment records, managing the oil sampling program, and coordinating with maintenance supervision on weekly plans. With a focus on organizational and technical skills, this position supports the largest fleet of equipment in Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track equipment and components ensuring records are current

• Create and manage work orders efficiently

• Monitor and reconcile planned work completion

• Prepare job plans and organize necessary resources

• Generate weekly and monthly compliance reports

Requirements:

• One year of maintenance-related experience

• Industrial construction or mining expertise preferred

• Mechanical diploma or degree necessary

• Proficient in JD Edwards and MS Office

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
