Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain safety and comply with regulations

• Execute drywall repairs and painting tasks

• Perform minor plumbing repairs and boiler restarts

• Assist in renovations and moving supplies

• Respond to emergency situations and maintenance requests

Requirements:

• Experience in building maintenance is necessary

• Must provide a clean criminal record check

• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and climbing stairs

• A valid driver's license with annual driver's abstract required
