Facilities Coordinator

Civeo is currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator for the Fort McMurray, Alberta region at CP Surmont Lodge. The Facilities Coordinator will support the Lodge Manager with day-to-day operations across the site, ensuring the delivery and maintenance of essential supplies, equipment, and facilities. This hands‑on role includes logistical support, minor maintenance tasks, inventory control, and customer service duties to ensure a well‑functioning and welcoming environment for staff and guests.

This position will be on a rotation basis 14 days on and 14 days off as required by the business.

• Conduct town runs 2–3 times per week to pick up parts and materials.
• Deliver cleaning supplies to designated locations (e.g., FMFNG, UTH).
• Care for green spaces, including watering, planting, and setting up sports equipment.
• Deliver coffee and supplies to over 30 buildings across site.
• Perform gym setup, inspections, and equipment inventory.
• Maintain hockey gear and change rooms.
• Assist with PTAC filter maintenance.
• Deliver, set up, and maintain water coolers and coffee machines.
• Manage inventory of coffee, tea, and related supplies site-wide.
• Handle coverall pickup and delivery four times a week.
• Ensure all site vehicles are fueled, clean, and in working condition.
• Interact professionally with clients and staff.
• Perform daily maintenance of coffee machines in the MPB.
• Conduct muster point checks and towel exchanges (twice weekly).
• Support site-wide catering deliveries and kitchen supply orders.
• Follow Civeo's Journey Management Plan.
• Perform light repairs and maintenance on vehicles.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable with physical tasks and working outdoors
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow safety procedures and protocols
• Previous experience in facilities or logistics coordination is an asset

Must be able to pass a pre-access Drug & Alcohol test.
