Maintenance Coordinator Role

Position: Suncor Maintenance Coordinator Role
Become a key player in Suncor's Firebag operations as a Maintenance Coordinator, overseeing critical maintenance activities to ensure safety and efficiency in operations.

This role requires a minimum of 10 years of maintenance and operations experience, with an emphasis on SAGD practices. You'll be responsible for managing an annual maintenance budget of approximately $50M and will contribute to safe, compliant execution of maintenance tasks. Your strong communication and collaboration skills will be critical in fostering a continuous improvement mentality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance activities within the Production Unit

• Review and prioritize daily Work Notifications effectively

• Monitor work order lifecycle performance and backlog health

• Provide input on outage and turnaround planning

• Collaborate with various teams for cost-effective equipment maintenance

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of maintenance and operations experience

• Experience managing large-scale budgets

• Understanding of SAGD plant operations

• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office

• Valid driver's license
