This role is vital for Northview's Residential team, where you’ll report to the Maintenance Supervisor and take pride in maintaining the property grounds. Key responsibilities include lawn care, safety compliance, and assisting with renovations, providing a welcoming environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety of common areas complying with health requirements

• Maintain lawns, shrubs, and flower beds with care

• Clear vacant suites, moving furniture and supplies

• Manage snow removal and ice control as needed

• Assist with resident services and maintain good resident relations

Requirements:

• Experience in outdoor manual labor under varying weather

• Good time management skills with a focus on safety

• Customer service skills and English communication ability

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Flexibility to work weekends when necessary
