Position: Facilities Management Leader for Multiple Locations
Join our team as a Facilities Management Leader specializing in operational oversight for industrial facilities. This role combines strategic leadership and hands-on management, starting in Q1 2027.

As a Facilities Management Leader, you will ensure seamless daily operations while managing budgets and vendor relationships. Leading a skilled team of technicians, you will focus on tactical execution and strategic planning, conducting inspections, managing work workflows, and prioritizing tasks to meet client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage capital and expense budgets

• Oversee daily work order management for efficiency

• Conduct site inspections and resolve deficiencies

• Collaborate with vendors for project scope and performance

• Manage preventive maintenance workflows across sites

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or similar

• 5-7 years of multifaceted facilities management experience

• Experience with budget analysis and control

• Familiarity with CMMS and work order management

• Strong leadership skills in technician oversight
