Senior Program Manager for Integration Services

This role is designed for an experienced professional who will oversee the delivery and evaluation of settlement services for newcomers in the Wood Buffalo region. As Program Manager, you will supervise staff, manage resources, and implement quality assurance practices, ensuring services meet both internal and external standards. Collaborate with key stakeholders to respond to community needs and enhance program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and develop program staff

• Monitor service delivery against performance metrics

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance

• Manage budgets and resource allocation efficiently

• Oversee facility operations and project management

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Services or a related discipline

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience

• 3 or more years in a supervisory capacity

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
