SAGD Plant Operator in Christina Lake

Become a Plant Operator in Christina Lake, Alberta with Raise, supporting a top oil and gas producer's SAGD facility. This role requires a blend of safety and operational expertise.

Raise is looking for a dedicated Plant Operator with at least two years of experience in the field. You will be responsible for troubleshooting equipment, conducting condition monitoring, and ensuring effective operational procedures. An understanding of SAGD processes is preferred to help maintain a secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot facility-specific equipment performance

• Perform condition monitoring and act on test results

• Conduct operational rounds and document actions taken

• Provide support and training for new operators

• Prepare equipment for maintenance using LOTO procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years operating experience required

• SAGD experience preferred for this role

• Fourth-Class Power Engineering Certificate minimum

• Previous industry experience advantageous

• Pre-access substance testing required for this safety role
