Operational Leadership Senior Shift Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive operational performance through effective team leadership

• Ensure completion of daily documentation and reports

• Lead shift handovers and safety meetings

• Conduct performance reviews and coaching for staff

• Collaborate with HR to address any labor issues

Requirements:

• Completion of High School Diploma or GED

• 3+ years supervisory experience in a production setting

• 7+ years in mining or heavy equipment operations

• Valid NCSO certification is an asset

• Proficiency with MS Office and safety reporting systems
